Jenn Rader

Director

Jenn is the founder/director of the JMP. What Jenn enjoys most about the JMP is collaborating with a team of beloved colleagues and watching young people become more powerful in pursuit of their dreams. Jenn enjoys swimming in the Bay and spending time outdoors with her family. Jenn is a proud Yellow Jacket from Berkeley High School. She went on to receive her bachelors degree from Harvard, and masters degrees from UC Berkeley (Latin American Studies), and Humboldt State University (Social Work). Jenn is living proof that you CAN teach an old dog new tricks, passing her licensing exam for her LCSW at 56:)

Danielle Storer

Clinical Director

Danielle Storer has been working at the JMP since 2001. She is currently serving as the Clinical Director. Danielle enjoys the great team she gets to work with at the JMP and appreciates how she gets to know students in meaningful ways by hearing their hopes and dreams and what’s important to them. Outside of the JMP, Danielle likes to take her son bicycle riding and watch live theatre. Danielle received her Bachelor’s from UC Berkeley, and her Master’s Degree in Social Work (MSW) from San Francisco State. She also has a Pupil Personnel Services Credential (PPSC), and she is licensed as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

Lucero Garcia

Counselor &

Program Director, Rincon Latino

Lucero Garcia started at the JMP as an intern in 2014. She officially joined the team in 2016, and is currently working as the JMP Training Director. Lucero graduated from UC Berkeley where she earned her Masters in Social Work (MSW) and her Pupil Personnel Service Credential (PPSC). Lucero is fluent in Spanish. What she enjoys most about working at the JMP is being able to support students and families. An important thing for Lucero is that families and students always feel seen and heard in our school community. Lucero grew up in this community and attended Kennedy High and she still lives in this community so she understands a lot of what families and students are going through. When not at the JMP Lucero enjoys being at home spending time with her family.

Rachel Krow-Boniske

Program Director, Peer to Peer Program

Rachel started at the JMP as a volunteer and then clinical intern between 2017-2019. Rachel returned to the JMP in 2024 to help develop the Peer to Peer Program. Rachel loves working with young people to create trusting communities in which they can connect, push themselves, and grow as leaders and advocates. Rachel received her MSW from Smith College School for Social Work. She is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and holds a Pupil Personnel Services Credential. Rachel enjoys cooking, baking, reading, and spending time outside with her partner and child.

Greg Ollano

Operations Manager

I am a product of this district and have been serving the community since 2004. I ran afterschool programs at Richmond high and was a founding member of the RYSE center. I started working at the JMP/ECHS starting in the Fall of 2009. Serving our school community in a multitude of roles from running youth programs, cultivating relationships in the building, database management to first aid to many more. I am a man of many hats, you can catch me at the JMP also wearing a hat. When not at work, I enjoy time with my family, living and dying with the SF Giants, training Muay Thai and bouldering.

Namon Oden

Youth Development Outreach Worker

Namon works at the front desk of the James Morehouse Project and has been at the JMP since the 2021-22 school year. Namon is an alumni of El Cerrito High School’s class of 2019! Born and raised in Richmond, CA, Namon is driven to continue to serve his community with a passion to help grow the future of ECHS students by hearing them out and understanding their needs. Namon facilitates Poetic-ly Speakin’ (a creative arts group for Black ECHS students) and TUPE (a substance use prevention group), including co-faciliating JMP’s Peer2Peer group. Namon has attended Charles R. Drew University and San Francisco State University to pursue his Bachelor’s of Science in Public Health and is continuing his education journey. Outside of JMP, Namon loves to enjoy life with his friends and family, enjoys watching wrestling, and cooking up his favorite dishes.

Alagia Cirolia

Counselor &

Program Coordinator/Analyst

Alagia began as an intern at the JMP 2022-2023, and stayed on as staff to continue building community and creating a space of belonging for students. In addition to being an ASW with a PPSC, Alagia is a PhD student in Social Welfare at UC Berkeley. Alagia also received their bachelors from UC Berkeley (Cognitive Science), and is proud to be a first-generation scholar of color. Alagia co-facilitates the Peer to Peer program. In addition to their counseling, Alagia flexes their macro social work and research skills to support systems at the JMP, including tech, data management & analysis, and clinical protocols. Outside of school, Alagia enjoys spending time with all kinds of animals (Cal Falcons, anyone?), diving into a new, crafty hobby every few months (currently, crocheting), and collecting funky earrings.
